I wanted to try and write more classic singer-songwriter love songs. I ended up with a few collections of quirky songs written on different instruments. Songs Vol. 1 was written on a tenor banjo and also features the accordion, trumpet, and drums, to accompany layered voices, giving a raw folk feel that is full of character. From the ballad Share A Dance With Me, to the latin inspired Don’t You Hide (The Photographer), the minor waltz Will You Stay?, to the Honk-Tonk 12 bar blues Everything You Are, I hope that there is something that catches your ear.
